During the 7th plenary session of the 3rd convocation of the National Assembly of the Republic of Western Armenia, Government Spokesperson Shoger Bilemjian delivered a speech addressing the role of parliament, the importance of national unity, and the necessity of state-oriented thinking.

Welcoming President Armenag Aprahamian, the members of the National Assembly, and the participants of the session, Shoger Bilemjian stated that the parliament had gathered not merely to hold another meeting, but to reaffirm the vision that unites everyone: serving the people, protecting national interests, and strengthening the idea of statehood.

She emphasized that the National Assembly is one of the most important pillars of democratic governance, where political and legislative initiatives are formed to promote state development, strengthen institutions, and ensure public welfare.

According to her, the value of parliamentary work should be measured not only by the number of decisions adopted but also by their impact on protecting national rights, serving the public interest, and improving state institutions.

The speech also addressed developments in the modern world, noting that geopolitical, economic, and social changes require a responsible approach, national unity, and clearly defined priorities.

Shoger Bilemjian also highlighted the work of National Assembly Speaker Nelly Harutyunyan, emphasizing her contribution to organizing the systematic work of the legislature, preserving democratic processes, and advancing initiatives aimed at protecting national interests.

Concluding her speech, Shoger Bilemjian expressed confidence that through unity, mutual respect, and cooperation, it would be possible to continue strengthening state institutions and serving national goals. She wished everyone productive work, new successes, and achievements for the welfare of the people and the strengthening of the statehood of the Republic of Western Armenia.
