Honorable President,
Distinguished Members of Parliament, members of the Government, and everyone whose soul carries the vision of a united Armenia,

Today, we celebrate the 13th anniversary of the National Assembly of the Republic of Western Armenia — a significant milestone for one of the most important institutions of our statehood and democracy.

Throughout the years of its activity, the National Assembly has gone through an important path, making a major contribution to the development of the Republic of Western Armenia, the improvement of legislation, the strengthening of Indigenous identity and democratic values, and the protection of citizens’ interests.

This anniversary is not only an occasion to appreciate the achievements gained, but also an opportunity to express gratitude to all those who, through their dedicated work and sense of responsibility, have contributed to the establishment and development of the Indigenous parliamentary system.

We express special thanks to the deputies of all convocations and to all those devoted to this cause, who have contributed to strengthening the Parliament of Armenia.

We are confident that the National Assembly of the Republic of Western Armenia will continue to honorably carry out its high mission for the development of the state, the welfare of the people, and the future of coming generations.

I wish everyone willpower, strength, endurance, stability, and new achievements for the benefit of our Indigenous people and homeland.
