Referring to acquiring citizenship of the Republic of Western Armenia
Taking into account the declaration of the National Council of Western Armenia
4. All members who can ground that they are deported and their family origin even a few generations ago are protected by the National Council of Western Armenia. The National Council of Western Armenia guarantees the freedom and equality of all its members.
Taking into account the statement of the Republic of Western Armenia
1) Acquiring the citizenship of Western Armenia, I declare with honor that I have read the Constitution and affirm all the conditions, which are aimed at the application of the civil and political rights of the Armenians of Western Armenia.
2) I declare with honor that one of my parents is an Armenian from Western Armenia and (or) a Genocide survivor
Considering the following decisions:

Taking into account the National Constitution of the Republic of Western Armenia
Article 13
1) The citizens of Western Armenia are protected in the territory of the Republic of Western Armenia as well as abroad.
2) The procedure for acquiring and taking back the citizenship of Western Armenia is defined by law.
