"40 border posts have already been installed in the Tavush-Gazakh section of the Armenian-Baku demarcation line", reports from the government of Eastern Armenia.

As of May 6, 40 pillars were installed on the demarcation line of Armenia and Baku, based on geodetic measurements, within the framework of coordinate adjustment works.

"The work of the expert groups of the two countries continues," said the message.

The border delimitation process in Tavush is accompanied by protests. The protesting residents of Tavush state that serious security problems are being created for them. Meanwhile, the government of Eastern Armenia claims that the security risks are decreasing with the demarcation.

The National Council of Western Armenia reminds that demarcation for the Armenian nation can be done only on the basis of nationalities, objectively taking into account the massacres and crimes committed by azerbaijan against the Armenian civilian population since 1920.

Basing the border demarcation exclusively on the administrative principle means whitewashing all the criminal states that directly or indirectly participated in the Genocide against Armenian.
