Narek Karapetyan, head of the “Strong Armenia” faction of the National Assembly, emphasizes that the right of Artsakh Armenians to return must be realized:

“Our history is one of losses, recovery, and new achievements.

We suffered losses; now we are on the difficult road to coming to our senses, and achievements will follow.

Artsakh Armenians have the full right to live in their homes. But in order to make that right a reality, we still have a long road ahead, filled with hard work.

A road at the end of which the Republic of Armenia will become a prosperous country and a magnet for Armenians around the world.

And for the people of Artsakh, that road leads Home.”
