On April 16, at the International Court of Justice of the United Nations, hearings in the case of "Eastern Armenia against Azerbaijan" continue.

Until April 19, the International Court will hear the complaint of the Armenian side in two parts. The position of Eastern Armenia is presented by Yeghishe Kirakosyan. Let's remind that yesterday the session started with the objections by  the azerbaijani side.

According to them, the complaint presented by Eastern Armenia should be rejected, because it is not under the jurisdiction of the court.

It should be noted that in addition to the Hague Court, Eastern Armenia has submitted 4 more interstate complaints against Baku to the European Court.

The first refers to the 44-day war and the violations  followed it, the second to the illegal trials of captured Armenians at various stages, the third to the armed presence of azerbaijanis in the sovereign territory of Eastern Armenia and the resulting human rights violations, the fourth to the violations that occurred in Artsakh, it also includes Armenians of  Artsakh forced displacement.
