“Aliyev will not stop as long as these authorities remain in power in Armenia—authorities who are prepared to do anything to retain their positions, packaging it under the so-called thesis of peace,” Arega Hovsepyan, a member of the National Assembly’s “Strong Armenia” faction, said during a briefing with journalists at the Yerablur Military Pantheon.
She stated that she was convinced that once the authorities change, all the circumstances surrounding the 44-day war will be revealed.
“Ultimately, we must understand how it happened that we suffered such a defeat and found ourselves in this situation. How did the Turk get from Jrakan to Shushi? We need to understand that,” Arega Hovsepyan said.
