How can you ask an Artsakh Armenian whether Artsakh is Baku or not?” Hovsepyan said, emphasizing that for an Artsakh Armenian, Artsakh is not merely a political or territorial issue, but is connected to one’s family, memories, ancestral home, and the graves of one’s ancestors.
