...We have to get out of that emotional situation and make a correct assessment...

Vahram Balayan said this in a briefing with journalists today, February 20, near the representation of Artsakh in Eastern Armenia, referring to the observation that Russia wants new facts and evidence, so that in September 2023 a forced deportation from Artsakh was carried out and whether it is pro-Azerbaijani. not a position of our ally Russia.

"Naturally, it should be said that way. Today, Russian peacekeepers continue to stay in Artsakh, they had to carry out a certain mission.

In reality, it was a genocidal act against our people it is an obvious fact that we must present to the world, show again that our people have the right to complete return and must fight to realize that right."said Balayan.

Vahram Balayan answered the correct question: how does he evaluate this position of Russia?

"I don't know what their wish is, but we have to present these facts to the whole world.

Those facts should be collected and presented to the competent authorities, to the countries interested in the issue, showing that a genocidal act was committed against these people and an entire people was deprived of their homeland."
