Artak Beglaryan, former Minister of Human Rights of Artsakh and former Minister of State, takes part in the discussion of the Universal Periodic Report from Baku to Geneva, at the UN Human Rights Council, which presents the work done and not done by Baku in the field of human rights protection over the past four years. The latter announced it in a publication on Facebook.

“After this formal debate, the Armenian Aid Union organized a separate event at the Human Rights Council: “Artsakh: Towards Recovery”. “Holding Baku Accountable”, where I will notably present the siege of Artsakh and the genocide that has taken place in recent months. I will report on this event later, after it has taken place.

I am here with lawyer Gevorg Hakobjanyan, with the support of the Armenian Legal Center for Human Rights and Justice. I have a number of other events and meetings in Geneva with the aim of presenting the crimes of Aliyev's genocidal regime, the situation of refugees from Artsakh and discussing future actions,” he wrote.
