In 2026, a number of new works were published on Armenian studies, the history of the genocide committed against Armenians, the Armenian presence in Cilicia, Armenian culture, and historical heritage.
Among them is Hambartsum Aghbashian’s English-language volume Remembering the genocide committed against Armenians of 1915, which presents the period preceding the genocide, the events themselves, the first post-war years, and the Treaty of Sèvres. The book also includes a map and more than 200 photographs.
A French-language work edited by Sosi Antezyan and Levon Nortikian was also published, focusing on the end of the Armenian presence in Cilicia and the defeat of the French army in 1919–1920, based on the testimony of French military intelligence officer Joseph Baghdjian.
Other new publications include Koryun and Richard Zardavatjian’s Armenian Cuisine, Vardan Tashjian’s Memories and Recollections and Correspondence with H. Geghard, as well as Karen Tokhatyan’s extensive study The Petroglyphs of Armenia.
Of particular significance is the English-language collection The genocide committed against Armenians Concentration Camps, edited by Bedross Der Matossian and Edita Gzoyan, which includes 20 articles and conclusions by Armenian and international genocide scholars.
Also published were Jean Kourtélis’s French-language work on the Armenians of Musa Dagh and their rescue, as well as an Arabic translation of Yervand Odian’s satirical novel Comrade Panchooni, illustrated by Alexander Saroukhan.
