The newspaper “Agos,” marking the 20th anniversary of the assassination of one of its founders, Hrant Dink, has initiated a special collection of stories from young people.
This initiative concerns individuals who were either not yet born or were very young at the time of Hrant Dink’s assassination, but who later discovered his personality and ideas under various circumstances.
Participants may share when they first heard Hrant Dink’s name, what impression he made on them, how they became more familiar with his work, and whether that acquaintance influenced their lives, thinking, or decisions.
“Agos” plans to publish a selection of the submitted stories in the newspaper, either with the authors’ names or anonymously, according to preference.
The goal of the initiative is to preserve and transmit Hrant Dink’s legacy and ideas through the new generation.
