Dear compatriots,

Today we mark the 13th anniversary of the formation of the National Assembly of the Government of Western Armenia. This day is not merely an anniversary; it is a reminder of our historical memory, national rights, and the responsibility passed down to future generations.

For thirteen years, this institution has continued to uphold the issue of Western Armenia not only as a matter of historical justice, but also as a matter of national dignity. The memory, culture, traditions, and rightful demands of our people continue to live as long as the Armenian people and their voice endure.

Today, more than ever, it is important to preserve our unity, national identity, and faith in our rights. Western Armenia is not only the past; it is an inseparable part of our history, our spiritual homeland, and one of the pillars of our national memory.

We bow before the memory of our ancestors and congratulate all those who, with dedication and faith, continue this path through the years.

May the unity and determination of our people always remain strong, and may the voice of justice never be silenced.
