On June 1, 2026, President Armenag Aprahamian of the Republic of Western Armenia signed Presidential Decree No. 103, introducing a new appointment within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

According to the decree, George Green has been appointed State Minister attached to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for a term of two years.

The appointment was made on the basis of Articles 77 and 82 of the Constitution of the Republic. The presidential decree stipulates that it enters into force on the date of its signing.

The decree was signed in Karin on June 1, 2026, by President Armenag Aprahamian of the Republic of Western Armenia.

The new appointment is aimed at improving the efficiency of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and strengthening its work in the field of international relations.
