On August 19, 2026, the 29th session of the National Assembly of Western Armenia was held under the chairmanship of Nelly Harutyunyan. Fourteen deputies participated in the session online.

One of the main issues on the agenda was the presentation of the results of the “Hay Chamba” military-patriotic camp. It was noted that during the five-day camp, the young participants took part in various patriotic and military training activities. The camp will soon also be summarized in a short film featuring interviews and footage depicting daily life at the camp.

Members of Parliament highly praised the initiative, emphasizing the importance of the patriotic education of the younger generation and knowledge related to the defense of the homeland.

The session also addressed the online meetings organized on the topics of the independence of Cilicia and the ratification of the Treaty of Sèvres, as well as their proceedings and results.
