The guest of the program “A Look at Artsakh” is the former human rights defender of the Republic of Armenia Arman Tatoyan. He first came to Artsakh during his student years, and since 2016, he has been often  visiting Artsakh. Arman Tatoyan and his colleagues have repeatedly addressed the situation in Artsakh, and have repeatedly appealed to international bodies. Human rights defender Tatoyan not only considers the return of Artsakh residents to Artsakh to be possible, but is also confident that it will happen as a result of consistent and daily work.
